In this webinar, colleagues will remind us of the context of the Grand Challenges and discuss a new working group on immigration, including the group's process and progress. This is a timely discussion, given the experiences of our clients and students. We hope to draw implications for social work education and practice.
After this webinar participants will be able to:
1) Describe the Grand Challenges for Social Work and the Immigration Working Group.
2) Analyze implications for education and practice with immigrant communities.
3) Identify strategies to apply Grand Challenges priorities in your own context
