This webinar is presented by CSWE's Corporate Partner Lumivero
Field education is the signature pedagogy of social work—but coordinating placements, managing learning plans and evaluations, and supporting collaboration across students, field instructors, and field liaisons can quickly become complex and time-intensive. As programs grow and field networks expand, many institutions find that fragmented systems and manual processes make it difficult to maintain visibility, ensure consistent support, and capture meaningful program data.
This session explores how social work programs are streamlining field education workflows to improve coordination, strengthen collaboration, and increase program oversight. Presenters will share examples of how institutions are using Lumivero’s Experiential Learning Cloud (formerly Tevera) to manage placements, support learning plans and evaluations, and aggregate experiential learning data across programs.
The session will highlight how more connected systems can reduce administrative effort while improving support for students, faculty, and field partners.
Learning Objectives:
1. Describe key operational challenges social work programs face in coordinating field placements, learning plans, and evaluations.
2. Examine strategies that improve collaboration among students, field instructors, and field liaisons to strengthen field education coordination and student support.
3. Discuss how centralized experiential learning platforms can streamline field education workflows and generate aggregated data to support program oversight and improvement.
