The rapid growth of artificial intelligence (AI) presents a unique opportunity to reshape social work education, particularly within diverse learning environments. This presentation explores how AI policy and tools can be effectively incorporated into curriculum through class assignments and exercises, enhancing student engagement, critical thinking, and practical skill development. Emphasis will be placed on creating anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive AI approaches that align with social work values and principles with a Quality Matters alignment. Participants will gain insight into the integration of Gen AI in courses that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
